Charlie Schmidt
PRESIDENT
Under the leadership of Charlie Schmidt, our President, Mesa Production has emerged as a regional leader in Green-Completions. With 18 years of industry experience, Charlie founded the company in 2011 and has since propelled its growth across Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. By collaborating with top manufacturers, he has introduced cutting-edge data collection tools to provide our clients with state-of-the-art solutions.
Charlie's unwavering belief in the value of our exceptional workforce drives us to be the most sought-after flow testing company in the Rocky Mountain Region. We achieve this through active employee participation, a strong safety culture, extensive industry knowledge, continuous improvement, and an EH&S program that exceeds industry standards. Jeremi Young
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jeremi Young has 15 years of oilfield experience, including well testing and many years in supervisory positions. Jeremi has the responsibility of sales, managing and coordinating operations while focusing on the functionality of the workforce that will improve work performance. Jeremi enjoys being outdoors and traveling.
Brandon Jones
SAFETY MANAGER
Brandon Jones has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in flowback operations and management. He became a part of Mesa in 2023, taking on the role of HSE/Fleet Manager. In this capacity, he oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including fleet acquisition, maintenance, driver training, safety programs, policy and procedure development, and employee safety training.
Outside of work, Brandon has a passion for hunting, fishing, and golf. During the warm months, you can often find him at his Colorado residence, while he enjoys the winter months at his house in Arizona.
John Gillispie
MESA NORTH MANAGER
John Gillispie joined the oil & gas industry right out of high school 21 years ago, 19 of which are in the testing field. He has worked across many areas, including Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Colorado, Utah, and Texas, and is an expert at establishing safe work environments, analyzing data, and directing his teams to success.
John is responsible for crew safety, maintenance of equipment, and decision-making during high stress situations. He implements high safety standards with minimal impacts to the environment. John is a Montana resident and avid outdoorsmen. When he’s not in the field you can find him hunting, camping, or floating the river with his two black labs.
Alberto Parra
MESA SOUTH MANAGER
Guiding our projects is Alberto Parra, a seasoned Project Manager with a wealth of experience overseeing the successful completion of over 4,000 wells. Alberto's leadership, vision, and extensive industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to our team.
Since joining Mesa Production in 2018 as a Location Supervisor and transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2021, Alberto has built a strong reputation for fostering solid relationships with our customers and team members alike.
